Profit generated though our local market and sale of home units will be applied to free units for schools and rancheros to learn and grow their own fresh vegetables – CIRCULAR POSITIVE LONG-TERM IMPACT.

The number one long term concern for the Loreto Region according to the government and all ecological groups is: Long term is fresh WATER. Our beautiful town is gaining more visitors and residence for good reason – but we are stripping our fresh water aquifer much faster than it can be replenished.

Loreto’s only abundant natural resource besides its people – is the sea – protected as a UNESCO site. The young people are leaving due to lack of opportunity. Rancheros do their best against all odds to grow food in arid conditions in terrible soil in an effort to feed their families, cattle and run the few farmers markets. THERE IS A SOLUTION. We want to make a significant dent against those challenges. Test, build and grow Aeroponic farming in Loreto.

Aeroponic farming uses 90% NINTY less water than traditional farming and NO SOIL – grown outside with no need for greenhouses. We have ordered samples of working systems and partnering with a LOCAL engineer and workshop to design prototypes made here locally. We will test the effectiveness and crops with the local community and though a farmers market to raise funds for 6 months. Farms tested in the US – yield 30-40% more food with less than 90% resources. Once tested and proven – we will offer production models to schools to use, teach and enjoy the crops as apart of culture and Rancheros who have voiced interest. We will sell garden versions at a profit level where for every tower sold – one is provided to the community.

Our efforts require up front funding – all prototypes have been ordered out of our own pockets by this local passionate team. The test time, engineering and land has been provided by the same. What we need is the resources to build at least 12 full scale towers for a farm, and 12 off site towers as mini farms (3 per placement) and 6 adjustment towers to learn/grow for 6 months so locals can become experts to engage/ place locals.

Cost of prototypes + local labor per unit: $3,500 pesos x 30 = $105,000MX (or approx $6,750USD)
Initial machinery required for scale-able production: $69,750MX (or Approx $4,500USD)
